refuses to hear arguments in favor of NC GOP voter disenfranchisement law, sending it to file 13.

I thought Gorsich was going to change all this? Couldn't he have easily persuaded his fellow justices to hear the case?

i personally have some doubts about this.
I want universal enfranchisement, but i don't want it shoved at people who really have no interest in issues
and vote along with the intent of "do you want fries with that?"

Chief Justice John Roberts cautioned Monday in the two-page order that the rejection of the appeal is not a comment on the court's view about the substance of the law.

the case was decided on procedural grounds.....NC is free to refile the appeal correctly if they chose......
