What's pretty clear in all of this is that Bagman's finances, living arrangements, etc., were intertwined and comingled with those of his father. That puts lie again to Joke's repeated assertions that he had nothing to do with his son's business dealings.

It also shows that Bagman, either intentionally or unintentionally--likely unintentionally being drug addled most of the time--filled the form out wrong. That's not quite the same as outright lying, instead it shows Bagman was and is a very big national security liability to his daddy.
