The GOP frontrunner in the news

The businessman leading the Republican Party is peddling his alleged innate ability to predict events.

The GOP front-runner reiterated past claims about his alleged foresight regarding Osama bin Laden — and predicting "terrorism" in general.

"The other thing I predicted is terrorism," he told the crowd. "A friend of mind called me and said 'You're the first guy that really predicted terrorism.'"

The real-estate developer from Queens said he predicted "terrorism" — which he says was documented in his 2000 book "The America We Deserve" — "cause I can feel it."

Never mind that "terrorism," Islamic and otherwise, already existed well before then — including the bombing of New York City's World Trade Center in 1993 by al-Qaeda.

The bombastic billionaire is reportedly requiring that journalists covering his campaign rallies have bathroom escorts.

"Trump campaign now requiring media to have bathroom escorts at his rallies when leaving 'the pen,' " NBC News reporter Katy Tur tweeted late Tuesday, adding the hashtag "#watchthemedia."

"Media told they aren't allowed to leave 'the pen' while Trump is in the room," she added. "It's now official policy that the secret service is enforcing."

The guidelines require that reporters remain in a specific area, which Tur referred to as "the pen," preventing journalists from talking with protesters and supporters.

A spokeswoman for the Trump campaign did not immediately return messages requesting comment on the matter.

Trump refused Sunday to rule out a third-party presidential run, as he vowed to bring back waterboarding.

He also said he’d support tracking Muslims in the US.

“I definitely want a database and other checks and balances. We want to go with watch lists. We want to go with databases,” he said.

The real estate tycoon also doubled down on his assertion thousands of Arabs in New Jersey cheered the World Trade Center’s collapse on 9/11 despite police disputing that account.

“It did happen,” Trump insisted.

Fresh polling shows Trump is the undisputed Republican front-runner.

Good luck with the waterboarding, Trump.

"President Obama today signed into law an updated defense authorization bill that includes a landmark provision reinforcing the United States’ ban on the use of torture...

The amendment, designed to prevent any future administration from authorizing torture and other cruelty that violates domestic or international law, will:

  • Restrict the intelligence community—and the CIA in particular—to interrogation methods articulated in the Army Field Manual; and
  • Require that the International Committee of the Red Cross be provided notification of and access to detainees held in U.S. custody.

Trump won't say what he would do to terrorists in this country because it would get him in "trouble."

"I would handle it so tough, you don't want to hear," Trump said in Raleigh, North Carolina, at a rally Friday night.

"You don't want to hear how I'd handle it," Trump said. "I would get myself in so much trouble with them, we are going to handle it so tough. And you know what we're going to do? We're going to get it stopped."

The mogul did not go into specifics.

He blamed Obama.

卐 HEIL TRUMP! 卐

Donald Trump has come under fire making comments at the Republican Jewish Coalition that critics said reiterated 'offensive stereotypes' about people of the Jewish faith.

'I'm a negotiator - like you folks,' the Republican presidential hopeful told the crowd, before later asking 'Is there anyone in this room who doesn't negotiate deals?'

'Probably more than any room I've ever spoken to.'

Trump later told the crowd he knew they weren't going to support him because he was self-funding his campaign.

One audience member later joked that the GOP frontrunner's jokes made them throw up so many times they needed a mint.

A headline accompanying an article about Trump's appearance read 'Trump courts Republican Jews with offensive stereotypes'. The newspaper said Trump 'invoked a series of stereotypes about Jews that are often deemed offensive and even anti-Semitic'.

Trump was outright booed by the audience.
