Yeah, just because they have been beaten up, refused jobs, and called all sorts of vile names, why would that have any effect on them???

Plenty of studies have shown abused children suffer much higher rates of drug addiction, alcoholism, mental illness and suicide. In fact, I would bet it was probably close to the same rate as homosexuals.


If you want to refuse to allow homosexuals who are drug addicts, alcoholics, and mentally ill to adopt then go ahead. But you apparently think all gays fit that bill. Which shows your own ignorance.

And while we are at it, I think we should not allow straights who are drug addicts, alcoholics, and mentally ill to adopt either. Never can tell what would happen. The kid they raise might turn gay.

Would that include husbands who beat their wives or abuse their kids? Would that include families where one or both of the parents is an addict or an alcoholic?

A lot of abused children grow up to become homosexuals. Homosexuality is an outward symptom of a deeper problem. No thinking person is falling for that persecution crap. Go peddle that crap somewhere else. Homosexuals are sick people.

If all this is so obvious, how about some study or evidence to back your claim? So far all I see is the ranting of a homophobic hater. No more the truth than the bile spewed by racists or the anti-semitic hate mongers out there.

I am just pointing out the flaws in your argument. You want to make sure no gays adopt because some of them are addicts. But when it comes to straights you want them judged solely for what they are or have done.

This is called bigotry and hypocrisy.

You make the claim that no child should be raised by gays because some gays have substance abuse issues and mental illnesses. That is utter bullshit.

Your diagnosis of homosexuality as people who are confused and living a lie goes against every legitimate study known, and yet you want to base adoption laws on it.

You dismiss my claims that the abuses of society (your own attitude reflects it nicely btw) have caused many of the issues suffered by the minority of gays, and yet your own post reeks of the same abuse.



In short, this entire thread is nothing more than your own personal hatred (or fear) of homosexuality, without a shred of scientific evidence to back it up.
