So lemme get this straight here. Minnesota , outside of maybe somewhere like Utah is about the biggest cream puff state in the union and the GRIFT is THAT BAD there. So,.....does anyone honestly believe these scams were only dreamed up in Minnesota and not in other places like Chicago and Cali as well?Minnesota is basically a nursery school in comparison. I can tell you this for a fact: the more generous Medicaid is, the more fraud I’ve seen .This coming from someone who was a Medicaid provider in three different states.
