What globalist fascists like darla don't understand is that not everything is about the type of handouts you can get. A free people desire autonomy, self determination, and the right to not have unelected bureaucrats from other nations dictating your laws and controlling your economy. There are plenty of autonomous nations in the world, the uk is a first world nation. They will be fine in the long run, of course it might be shaky in the short term. This is what I just cannot understand, I doubt that many in the USA would want to submit to the kind of controlling regime like the EU. Here is a concrete example; when we joined in 1973 the PM at the time Ted Heath gave away our fishing rights, such that our fishing industry was decimated and trawlers from Spain, Portugal, France etc were allowed to fish with impunity, Indeed the fuckers set up the Common Fisheries Policy just so they could all help themselves. Guess what, the North Sea was fished out to the extent that cod fishing had to be banned for several years to allow the stocks to replenish.
