really.....a sealed box with a hand written label that said 306 votes and was counted as being 306 votes (regardless of whether they were for Hillary or Trump) and when opened it had 50 ballots and you say it was a scanner problem?......

by the way, does anyone think the majority of the 306 were tallied for Hillary in this Detroit precinct?.....

or maybe by "scanner" you meant the polling officer who scanned the contents of the box before she sealed it and wasn't bright enough to know that a stack of fifty ballots wasn't a stack of 306 ballots before she sealed the box and wrote the label......
