That is because you dwell where the sun don't shine..... I do.... AND I get to once again go skiing this weekend. Thinking Beaver Creek tomorrow... Vail or Copper Sunday. Enjoy the dark clouds.

Or it may just be that the unemployment numbers weren't good this morning, adding to the fears of the credit crunch.
 
I'd say it's the anemic jobs report and forecasts that consumer spending, propped up by a relatively strong job market and lots of available credit, will begin to fall off.

She likes conspiracy theorys so I was honestly waiting for her to say that (or at least not be surprised if she said that) as the reason for the dow dropping today.

just like back in 29'...the Housing market is tanking because of greed...any resemblance to what is happening...I would say yup!;)

5% unemployment is extremely low, the fed hopefully will cut 50 basis points next time.

That's because people have to get three service sector jobs so they can afford a nice box to live in. It's a quality versus quantity thing. But of course, why should you care?

I thought you claimed to have a MBA! I am pretty sure that History was a required course...after all I only have a BS with a minor in history...what was your minor in arts and craft?
