I know we have micro markets in this country but I'm looking around me seeing homes trading for over $1K/SF and 700 sq.ft. apartments renting for over $3,500/mnth. That's not happening in the worst econony we've seen. Lol.

Do you look around and see a macro-market lol?

Most voters aren't concerned with arcane economic terms. They want to know who is going to bring the good paying jobs back and when the economy is going to recover to where so many of them, their neighbors or their young adult kids aren't on food stamps.

Many of them are persuaded by Trumps rhetoric. It's easy to understand why, since the establishment politicians have no apparent answer for it.

The establishment has done nothing for the middle class (taxpayers) while taking care of the well to do and parasites. It's a very typical cycle with a few new wrinkles. The pendulum is swinging back only both parties poisoned their wells.
