And why does this unelected group have permission to say that if they don't respond, it will be considered a resignation?

In any corporation or business, this would be a mockery. And it is in the federal government also. How much more proof do Americans need to conclude that we are in the clown show of all time at this point?

How does Musk and his staff of 22 year old techies even have the knowledge and expertise to evaluate an employee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the CDC, or NASA?

And people aren't going to "shut up" when they disagree w/ something. Nor should they. The "marketplace of ideas" and all of that.

They aren't there to debate nuclear energy, space travel nor epidemiology.

They are rooting out the crime and theft. You don't need expertise in the subject matter to identify the criminals.

Actually, in the business and corporate world this sort of thing is pretty much SOP. You have to regularly justify your pay and existence in the corporation, or you get fired.

Aside from the meme, I hand drew and inked (the old school drafting way) a print of a Lotus Europa dashboard, lined up vendors for getting the frame of my Lotus restored, worked about 16 hours on my current military history book project A History of Surface-to-Air Missiles to 1955, did 3 service calls, spent about 4 hours of range time with the kids and grandkids (one grandkid's birthday and he wanted to go shooting), and made a fool out of you on this board.

I'd say it was a busy week...
