Senator Feinstein is virtually senile.
A good number the Senate, both sides, are antiquated, sad to watch Senate hearings
Senator Feinstein is virtually senile.
It's already too late. The old guard of the Democrat party, much like the old Communists of the Soviet Union, are loathe to give up a nickel's worth of their power and control to a new generation. They'll take it to the grave before that happens. That should be obvious to anyone observing them.
Remember when they were trying to pass Obamacare and wheeled Senator Robert Byrd in on a hospital gurney just before he died to vote for it? They're all going to go that way.
What Biden and Pelosi still cannot come to grips with, is that the Republican party is a far-right party, increasingly closer to the extreme right than the radical right. A recent poll showed that nearly half of all Republicans agree with the so-called great replacement theory, a racist conspiracy theory mainly propagated by the Fox News host Tucker Carlson, but with a decades-long past in far-right Europe. And while the theory might be new (to the US), the racist sentiments are not.

Like Trump ain’t pushing eighty
only boomers are dumb enough to honestly sell the war machine.
No, Trump is one faction of many, while McConnell is some old dude in Congress nobody listens to.

but we have strong people at all age levels.
cruz, desantis, rand paul, many governors, winsome sears.
stop lying and maybe the children won't be afraid of you.
Why do you pretend they don’t know this
Just heaving the people who know the internal workings of the system doesn’t solve this
That is knee jerk insanity
I agree 100%. We have plenty of energetic young leaders in the party but they still keep going with old fucks like Bernie and Joe. I have nothing against either one except for their age. Millennials now outnumber us ancient Boomers; if the (D)s want to remain viable they had better start appealing to them with younger candidates.

They are strong in the stupid
It’s how Putin managed to own their asses in no time flat

No different from the GOP.
