Corbyn and McDonnell are just old fashioned socialists who would tax the shit out of anybody deemed middle class and remove all barriers to immigration. Fortunately they will never get near the levers of power as we'd be totally bankrupt within five years.

Well if they represented the opinion of most Brits then Corbyn would be PM next month. Meanwhile Theresa May will be, probably with a 150+ majority, and Corbyn will be heading off to be North Korea's new PR man.

THERESA MAY makes voters’ “eyes light up” in Labour’s once impenetrable Welsh heartlands, according to the leader of the Conservatives in Wales.
As polling suggests the Tories are on course to win a majority of seats in Wales for the first time since the 1850s, Andrew R T Davies said the days of people living in the valleys “voting for a donkey if it had a red rosette stuck to it” were over. The Welsh politician and farmer, who was elected Conservative leader in the Welsh Assembly in 2011, said mining communities which would have once recoiled at the idea of voting Tory have been wooed by the Prime Minister’s “strong and stable leadership”.

You can call what you want, it looks like a despotic dictatorship to me.
I have been to Wales many times and my observation is much of it, especially in the Valleys, is living in a timewarp.
Well it is and it isn't, there is a strong sense of community which is good but there is also an incredible denial of realities as well. For instance they are always banging on about being under the Westminster yoke yet many are more than happy to submit to the dictatorial EU. This is slowly changing as there was a majority, hard to believe I know, that voted for Brexit. I think there will be a significant swing away from Labour next month as well.
