Obama is doing the right things to make this country function once again and by supporting Him and his efforts some fucking idiots think this is a bad thing?

I posted the cartoon because I think it nails Stewart's hyopcrisy! Where was Stewart in taking on Franks? Franks who came out in July 08 telling everyone to invest in Freddie and Fannie because they were strong? Franks who knew the real trouble they were in. I'll tell ya why, because Franks was not railing against Obama like Cramer, Franks is an Obama supporter. So the cheer-leader outfit in light of his hypocritical out-rage was fitting IMO. I think anyone who bought into Cramer's silly so called financial advice were suckers...but then who else watches CNBC?

That is a line from a video game my son used to play when he was little.
They would give you this when you tried something that did not work in a attempt to direct you to the correct path that would bring success in the game.
Your ideas have failed and the more you attempt to pretend they have not failed is not going to make anything better. You will just continue to try and claim that you are right and in time it will be proven so. You can now spend your entire life defending failed ideas and looking ever increasingly insane or you can face the truth that the ideas you were sold on long ago produced something other than what you thought they would.

People back Obama in those numbers out of desperation. They know that if Obama fails, the republicans will get another shot at it and that is something that terrifies the liberals.

The Democrats couldn't have blocked the legislation if they wanted to except by a filibuster. But they didn't have to do that since the Republicans never bothered.
