Our experience in the past is commenting on the comment has lead to actual violations. The moderation staff felt there was a need for a warning.

Your reply basically translates into:
"It's Ok to accuse someone of having 7 year old girls locked in a basement; but someone is going to be unable to control themselves and will eventually talk about someone having 7 year old girls locked in a basement."
