Hey, I wanted to start this topic to share and talk about statistics-comparisions-conclusions-contradictions about crimes committed by Western countries. Can I ? If it is going to be disturbing for some "persons" please let me know at the beginning.

Is this praise of France when taken in comparison to the US?

1 in 40 and 1 in 80 has got to be utopian!!

We can do 1 in 5 women in america will be sexually assaulted at some point in their lives. I thought the French were the jiggy ones.
