You can't prevent racism by being racist. When you hire or don't hire based on race you are being a racist. Merit based hiring is color blind.

You can't control what people think, but you sure as hell can control how their actions affect others. Our history of Civil War, Civil Rights amendments, and various state/federal laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, creed or color in any public or even private venue. It's called the American way, don't cha know.

As I previously alluded to, you have ANNUAL loggings of successful and pending lawsuits regarding racial, gender and religious discrimination in private and public business hirings, etc. You can deny such and blow smoke about it, but it is a matter of fact, a matter of history. If you're insipidly stubborn and willfully ignorant mind can stand it, I can post VALID, DOCUMENTED FACTS to back what I say.

Decent corporations don't check boxes and fill quotas...they hire the best...
They can claim to practice DEI, but they won't get away with it...People aren't afraid to speak up any more...
Take the Iowa superintendent, for example...we'll see more of those kind of hires be exposed and replaced...

Statistical averages say blacks are around 10-13% of the population, and on average do poorly in schools compared to whites. That means out of 100 applicants, they will get about 8% of the jobs. If they want to do better, they should be screaming for better schools and teachers, and change their dominant culture to focusing on improving their childrens' performances instead of just Snivelin' Bout Whitey and drastically dumbing down the schools and socially promoting them through. Same with latinos. Nobody is in their way, there are public libraries all over the place, free to boot, so they have no excuse, even if the schools are crappy. 'Midnight Basketball' for 12 year olds and other lunacy isn't going to cut it.
