Again....one can't apply the US Constitution to any non-US Citizen. If any US Citizen was caught up while the EO was in a transitional state of application. Anyone can be held for Suspicion for at least 72 Hrs...its not even 48 hrs into the EO application.
How stupid is the left....allowing a left wing president to put into effect an Assassination Hit List against US CITIZENS with no due process whatsoever. Then declaring that the next president should be impeached for holding a few foreigners for Suspicion in order to properly screen them when coming from an known Terrorist pipeline nation that has a record of 11 thousand attacks and 10s of thousands of deaths against innocent women and children.

There is no constitutional requirement to permit immigration. The Constitution can ONLY be applied to people residing within THIS country; not globally.
To suggest that Trump can be impeached for TEMPRORARILY preventing immigration from a list of countries isn't merely stupid, it is lunatic in it's premise.

The left is claiming there is no DUE process in the US RULE OF LAW....when in reality, the very reason these foreign individuals were Detained was due to the execution of US LAW as it applies to immigration. Their version of DUE PROCESS is picking and choosing which laws they wish to enforce and which ones they totally ignore...in this case its MEAN SPIRITED to enforce the US RULE OF LAW.
That's the very reason of an EO....it can legally enhance an existing law through oversight of the execution thereof. That's the duty of the Chief Executive law enforcement officer in the United States of America....the President of the United States of American.
Thus the left is claiming DUE process is lacking....because an existing LAW is being EXECUTED. Priceless. A total disconnect from logic, reason, and reality. Under existing Immigration Laws...anyone can be detained at the border or in case of Air Traffic....the AIR PORT, even those with green cards that fall under suspicion due to their point of origin travel....its called Suspicion.
I'd love to see these TWATS take this case to court....by finding some radical left wing federal judge, and take it all the way to SCOTUS. At least THE PEOPLE of the United States of America can now see for themselves...with their own eyes...which party represents a NEW WORLD ORDER take over of the AMERICAS...The democrat left has finally come out of the closet they denied for decades...in clear view and clear intent.
