"The ballot is not an anger management tool"

I like Moore and agree with many things he says, but voting is the ultimate anger management tool. A person has the right to express their displeasure through the ballot box. He couldn't be more wrong

I think the point was that you still need to think.

A key tenet of cognitive dissonance is that those who have heavily invested in a position may, when confronted with dis-confirming evidence, go to greater lengths to justify their position.

Poor Thingy

You Americans truly know shit about the world, if you think that Brexit just happened overnight then you are truly ignorant. I have always thought that to be able to argue convincingly then you need to understand the other point of view, however I doubt if you could list the main reasons for Brexit.

Americans are woefully ignorant on the world and foreign policy.

Most can't even find countries on a map -muchless determine waht bi-lateral issues effect us.

I keep hearing "Saudi Arabia supports ISIS" -no clue as that they are battling AQ internally.
And ISIS is a creation of Baathist former officers -not SA..

It doesn't help that Obama can't support his allies in the middle east, while enpowering
the hegemonistic/state supportr of terrorism of Iran.

Few understand the Shia crescent. Fewer the geopolitical alliannces of Assad/Hez/Iran/Russia,

The same with Russia ( maybe because of the utter stupidity of the Clinton campaign calling Trump "putin's pony).
Confrontation is one thing -mindless confrontation is quite another,

Short term or long term? There was a non stop campaign by the Remainers telling people how terrible life would be, yet none of that has come to pass apart from a falling exchange rate

None of that has come to pass??? Gee, I wonder if the fact that they haven't left yet has anything to do w/ it??

I heard they plan to leave on April fools day 2019???
