To replace Ginsberg, trump must first be reelected. The Senate has no time to work on the nomination between now and the election, and there is no reason to rush it anyway. The Supreme Court does not start up until February, so it is not like McConnell keeping a seat empty for a full year. The seat might be vacant for a few days, but that is easily caught up.

If they appear on FoxNews and claim to be a judge, they have a good shot at it. I hope it is not "Judge" Pirro. She was briefly a small claims judge 30 years ago, and since entered into a plea bargain where her husband went to prison instead of her. She is as blatantly corrupt as they come.
