Kap is an attention whore.
It's unlikely the NFL owners got together and decided to work against Kap and it would be difficult to prove if they did. Why would one franchise care if another franchise hired him anyway? Doesn't make a lot of sense.
But given the slavish devotion to PC by the NFL, Kap stands a decent chance of wringing a settlement, a la Al Sharpton, out of the league. And of course, getting some time in the spot light for Kap.
Then he will settle down and write the book. Or more likely, someone will write it for him. Meanwhile, absolutely nothing changes in the black and minority communities.
