Handguns in the eyes of the law are now equivalent to military grade weaponry from a 2nd Amendment perspective. This wasn't a victory for gun rights, it was a major loss.

you have appeared to have at least a bit of intelligence concerning this, but did it never occur to you that OFFICERS of military units carried handguns as their primary firearm????? so why would it not be considered a military grade weapon?

Officers by definition are in the military. The 2nd Amendment doesn't apply, they are by default covered. And they're not allowed to carry any sidearm they wish.

There are plenty of things to talk about regarding the 2nd amendment in this article but you want to focus on the word "all" which is a minor point at best. Yes im sure there are some liberals who have escaped central sjw programming and are pro gun just as I am sure the the klandestine katatonic korps of the democratic party are hunting them down to reeducate them properly.
