Yesterday's hearings with Merrick Garland in the hot seat produced a lot of eye-opening facts pointing out the incompetence of this individual. I said incompetent but I should have called him a devious liar. Thank god Cocaine Mitch blocked this prick from ever seeing a seat on the Supreme Court.

Barr changed the AG to spokesman and backer of Trump. It was not supposed to be that way. But Trump took over every agency he could.
Garland is making Repubs uncomfortable because he is following the old rules. He is doing his job. Biden is not directing him. Biden also does not need coverups from the justice dept. He is not breaking laws and norms.
 
We now see why McConnell blocked this buffoon from the Supreme Court.

Garland is a political hack and unqualified as A/G.

From what I saw of his testimony it was measured and competent. Not surprised Trump sheep didn't care for it. Regarding criticisms from Republican Senators, as The NYTimes reported, he "batted them away". Some were simply dumb, such as whether he would send FBI agents to police school board meetings and accusations that he had "intimidated" school parents when the FBI had merely said it would take seriously "threats of violence" by parents against school board members. He also, by the way, didn't give Democrats what they wanted to hear on the Jan. 6 riot.

Garland is faced with a very emotional gut-check.

His trying to bring the Justice Department back to A-political unbiased ground, and holding people accountable to law and order seems to be overwhelming him.

You can still do both! If people are not held accountable for their crimes- crimes will continue.

The Justice department is there for only one reason- THAT IS TO UPHOLD THE RULE OF LAW!

That is priority No. ONE! Do your job Garland! No one is above the law! AND YOU ARE IN A POSITION TO PROVE IT!
