Texas sues Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania over election fraud

sig matching varies from state to state and by voter roll or application for absentee

GA has 1 person ding the matching ( or maybe that was PA)

clearly national standards are needed to provide equal protection

National standards are not constitutional. Each state legislature has the power to make law for their elections according to the Constitution.

No. They aren't claiming any, other than how the software originated.

Hugo Chavez had nothing to do with how the software originated. That is part of their crazy story.

Dominion never did any business outside the U. S. and it is crazy to think American states/counties would buy software designed to change the results.

The core software was created for Hugo Chavez to rig his elections.
That is part of their crazy story.
It is a crazy story, yes. It is also true.
Dominion never did any business outside the U. S.
Lie. Dominion software has sales worldwide. So does SmartMatic. It's core technology was originally sold by a couple of guys from Venezuela. That later became SmartMatic software, based out of Florida. Dominion stole that algorithm for it's machines (that lawsuit was in 2012).

I agree, yet that is what this software is capable of. Democrats like it because they can use it to throw elections.

You are also ignoring the other evidence.
