Texas gunman was an ‘outcast’ who ‘preached his atheism’ online

MAGA MAN

Let's go Brandon!
THE “deranged” killer who killed 26 churchgoers in Texas was militant atheist who ranted on Facebook about “stupid” religious people.
Devin Kelley, 26, who opened fire on worshippers in First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs yesterday, was described as “creepy” and “weird” by former schoolmates.
Classmate Nina Rosa Nava write on Facebook that the mass murderer used to rant on the social network about his atheist beliefs.
She said: “He was always talking about how people who believe in God were stupid and trying to preach his atheism,”

Anyone seen Bukkkie today?

So you are saying he was a loner outcast southern white gun nut with an assault rifle and have no evidence for the atheism part. Thanks for clarifying, evil jerk.

“He was always talking about how people who believe in God were stupid and trying to preach his atheism,”

Another Facebook friend of the killer added: “He was weird but never that damn weird, always posting his atheist sh**

“’He was the first atheist I met. He went air force after high school, got discharged but I don’t know why.”

He was deranged, like all of these guys are.

Stop trying to find political & religious affiliations for this stuff.

'These aren't the droids you're looking for'...

It's the same thing every time there's a gun-related massacre.

1. He was a militant atheist.
2. He killed churchgoers in a church.

Stop trying to ignore the obvious.

Please expound.

You are ignoring the fact that most of these massacres involve guns, are enabled by guns, and woudn't happen in many cases without guns (certainly not within any building). Your solution is nothing. Less than nothing. A lack of religion is to blame? Freedom of thought? The First Amendment?

If one out of a million atheists are killers (probably close to true!), do you think the solution is a restriction on atheism or a restriction on weapons of mass murder?

The shooter taught a Bible class. Are people forgetting this, or just being stupid to point fingers where they want?

You're ignoring the fact that the shooter was a militant atheist who hated religion and it's inherents. You're also ignoring the fact that no one attending the service was carrying a gun, so it was essentially a gun free zone. You are also ignoring that a responsible, armed citizen stopped this freak.

So, based purely on the facts of this one case, if "something has to be done", pass laws to prevent militant atheists from owning guns and encourage concealed carry by responsible citizens in all places.
