That's a stupid question. Why does someone have to trade who they are racially to have what another person recieves from our government? The point being made is that Affirmative Action policy, which I submit had its proper place in history, now impedes true racial equality.

When I interviewed assholes like him, with their meaningless degrees, I politely told them to take a hike....It was amazing to see so many that were too stupid to know what they didn't know....no work ethic and just too immature for serious work. I'd take a GED with integrity and character first...
