Section 1324 of title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here and letting them use our schools is clearly a violation. Abbott's case is rock solid though that may not matter in these crazy times where lawless democrats get away with everything.

may 6 2022 AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Forty years after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the right to a public education for all students regardless of legal status, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says that decision is another longstanding precedent worth challenging.

The Republican is raising the idea of Texas mounting a renewed challenge over school funding for children living in the U.S. without legal authorization. It comes as the Supreme Court’s conservative majority appears ready to overturn another decades-old ruling, Roe v. Wade, which guaranteed the right to an abortion nearly 50 years ago.

The comments by Abbott, who is running for a third term in November and has elevated his national profile over the past year through hardline immigration measures, drew swift criticism from immigration rights groups and the White House.

The requirement that public schools teach all children was affirmed by a 1982 ruling in a case known as Plyler v. Doe. The 5-4 decision struck down a Texas law that sought to deny enrollment to any student not “legally admitted” into the country.

Ironside Abbott is a stupid enough that he can viably challenge Trump and DeSantis for the Western Hemisphere's Most Devolved Mutant.

I am very disappointed, however, that TDAK has not yet gotten the Phil Leotardo treatment from somebody driving a very fast car.

In the super-infamous case of pleyler v doe 1982, the SC wrote a law ordering states to give free k-12 to illegal aliens.!! Nothing in the constitution says that. The judges just took their usual bribes and made it up. The idea of letting foreign invaders use our schools is of course absurd but if it is going to be done, it should be done by state legislators. Certainly not by unelected federal judges.

We have 10 million illegal alien monsters in our schools and at $20,000 per kid per year that is $200 billion spent every year educating creatures that aren't even allowed to be here!!! And this has been going on for 40 years.

Sounds like the state of Texas was the one violating the federal law by allowing illegals to attend their schools.

Yes indeed. That's my point and it's time for them to obey federal law and kick out these illegal kids. Hell - the parents of these kids don't even care about education. To illegal aliens , school is just free day care and free food.

I don't know much about that law but I seriously doubt it applies to governmental entities; especially when it was ordered by the federal courts.
 
What percentage of undocumented immigrants are a tenth as problematic as stupid, devolved, American born crackers?

Don't call white people crackers, you dumb darky. White people built america. What did africans ever build ? If you think blacks are equal to whites explain these facts

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

Texas law prohibited illegals from attending school. The Supreme Court ruled that law was unconstitutional.
