Let me guess. When a (D) and/or black politician goes to church, it's "pandering." But when an (R) and/or white politician goes to church, it's a sincere expression of their deep Christian faith.

Poor desperate people should be fed and sheltered. The resources in places like Eagle Pass have been strained beyond the breaking point. Transferring the immigrants to where they can receive those services is the right thing to do. You evil liberals would have them starve an live on the streets as longs as it does not inconvenience you.

Makes you wonder why we bother to have them. We don't enforce gun laws. We don't enforce hiring illegal worker laws. We let churches get away with openly meddling in politics.

There are a few reasons why Republicans didn't get that big red wave - mainly election denial, and Roe. But I've got a hunch that the idea of using human beings for a cheap political stunt doesn't sit well with a lot of voters, too...
