According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there is race or ethnic information for 59% of people who received at least one dose and 64% of fully vaccinated people.
Which means that for 36% of vaccinated people, their race isn't known.

Your link also goes on to say that for 36% of vaccinated people, their race is unknown....and since surveys generally undercount minority groups and communities, a higher vaccination rate among Black people is expected.
