texas court makes new law out of thin air, negates a right of the people

You didn't answer the question, I know what John Marshall did, and I haven't been debating the other guy here since page two, just jumped in when the Constitutional questions arose

I did answer your question, not my problem you can't accept the truth.

Would you like to refer back to 1776, regarding you comment of "Do you really think citizens having guns would prevent tyranny"??

Please do some research before believing everything you see in memes. The reason the British Empire let America go is because of their war with France.

Okay, so you admit the answer is "No".

Go back and think about your post.

That is as ridiculous as "are all governments legal," what is the meaning of life, what is knowledge, all I want to do is work for world peace and end hunger

Don't have the time for all that

Still avoiding my questions you two bit loser.

All you do is insult. You have no actual content regarding any issue being discussed.

I believe such people are called trolls.

Eat another bag of Cheetos, stoner. Then, ask another stupid-as-shit question. :rofl2:

he'll refuse to answer that, as he has in the past. his excuse will be nothing but are they necessary, not that there's a right.

That fuck is on ignore.

Only you dumbfucks are making any claims about so-called rights. Absurdly irrelevant.

Your claim is they “cannot be necessary”. Still, the stupidest post this forum has ever seen. :rofl2:

of course. so has congress and the executive branch. we haven't had a government that operated within the confines of the constitution since the alien and sedition act came in to effect. its never been corrected because the left and the right are torn between big government to use against their politican enemies and fear of freedom

^Fucking nutcase. Thinks he’s the 10th Supreme Court Justice.

We’re sure Trump will nominate him very soon. :rofl2:

So you can't answer the question and bounce around the room as per your usual. Why bother trying to be serious on a political debate board if you won't actually debate?

Here is your ball kiddo, go home....

You actually want someone to "debate" with you "are all governments legal?" Are we going thru Plato and Aristotle, or just jumping to Hobbs and Locke?

Guess you din't process the hint, "what is the meaning of life?"

How many bags have you eaten since not answering my two questions?

You're a loser. Gets the tough questions and resorts to insults and runs away. You're pathetic.

Great, you're starting to debate. And, yes let's start at the beginning of time if you like. For what is a legitimate government? By the people, for the people or by a tyrant?

You're looking at the world through a small looking glass. Expand your view and ponder....

your responses have proven you're a moron of the highest caliber. especially if you think that 'absolute' is defined as being able to take anything you need.

Absolute, by definition and in the sense you mentioned, means "having no restriction, exception, or qualification".

You should be careful about using words when you don't know the definition.

If you have a problem with the definition, take it up with Merriam-Webster.

I'd love to see an explanation on that one, tell us, how have all three branches of Gov't have been actively acting illegally since 1798? And provide examples, not just generalizations

I'm not going to clutter up the forum with every little case where they've done so. Go look it up yourself if you want.
