'Tennessee Three' Member's Latest Stunt Is His Most Grotesque Yet

Justin Jones, perhaps the most visible member ejected from the state legislature in early April after leading an insurrection inside the Tennessee capitol building, wasn’t content with getting backslaps on Good Morning America and being lauded as a hero for inciting a mob. That mean it was time to execute his most ghoulish stunt yet.

On Tuesday, Jones tried to walk onto the legislative floor he shut down weeks prior with a bullhorn while carrying a child’s coffin.

The legislature’s Sergeant at Arms stops Jones, noting that they can’t enter the floor with the coffin. Someone who I assume is a priest or pastor then challenges the Sergeant at Arms, asking if there’s a rule or constitutional provision to bar them from doing so. The response is that the rules say no props, which sounds reasonable and likely, though I haven’t gone and found the exact provision to verify that.

Jones continues to argue because he’s a shameless, attention-seeking clown who is using dead Christian children as pawns in a ridiculous partisan game. At no point has it been reported that the “Tennessee Three” reached out to the families who lost loved ones in the Nashville shooting. I’ve also seen no indication that they have offered to raise money for them or pushed the White House to make them more visible.

My God

It would be pretty difficult to stoop much lower than that... the good thing is I cannot find a single article that Praises him for this vile stunt...

My God
If Democrats bring in coffins Republicans should start showing pictures of aborted babies that the Democrats are supporting.

My God

We all know leftists love these shootings but have to pretend to be horrified. They care ONLY because it advances their agenda.

I wonder who sold him a coffin knowing what he was going to do with it? "Here you go...this one's deluxe...that'll show 'em....."

Binder girl just announced that they're going to the White House... I wonder if they'll take the bull horn and the baby coffin and present it to Joe as a token of their appreciation?

Can you hear the outcry if a republican pro lifer carried a simulated dead fetus onto the floor
I seriously doubt anyone would do anything like that but you're right they'd have a conniption fit ...I'm curious to see if the White House will say something about this the decision to invite them had already been made before this happened... binder girl acted like they were some kind of Heroes.. she just oozed hate today... I wonder who writes her stuff...

I don't care about Al Gore.
Tennessee is still just too ridiculous to ever consider, obviously,
but I would have to ask TOP if Ohio is much better.

One hears little but far right drivel come out of that quagmire, either.

Sure, Dennis Kucinich was a very good man, but Shirtsleeves Jimmy Jordan is far more typical,
and John Kasich sounded for all the world like he had severe brain damage every time he opened his mouth.
Compared to him, vanilla ice cream was five alarm chili.

I guess the Cleveland area isn't too bad. Back in the 1990s, my daughter had a college apartment mate from there, a tall, athletic looking Croatian girl.
I can still remember how she looked in a swimsuit at the beach. Like my daughter, she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Many years later, I got to dance with her at my daughter's wedding. [OK, calm yourself, Nifty. The kid could be a grandmother by now.]
Anyway, she came from a good, union [UAW, I think], Democratic family. I met and liked them a lot.

But that's Cleveland. Most of Ohio isn't Cleveland. [Like Columbus, for example. To this day, I still laugh about fat old Woody Hayes taking a punch at that Clemson kid.]

In contrast, most of Massachusetts is pretty much Boston.

Still no reaction to the coffin prop I see... but a very much expected
reaction to the possibility of the unborn baby in jar prop...hmmmm

If Democrats bring in coffins Republicans should start showing pictures of aborted babies that the Democrats are supporting.
Okay, you can have your aborted fetus pictures and we’ll show the autopsy pictures of the children murdered with guns.
