Now they call telling kids it’s okay to be gay “grooming”!
What's bizarre about the way right-wingers use the term "grooming," and about the QAnon movement being so right-aligned is that when you take a step back, you realize just how many more serious pedophilia issues there are around the GOP.
Matt Gaetz was actually under investigation for sex trafficking. The longest-serving Republican Speaker of the House in history, Dennis Hastert, is an actual felon based on hush-money payments he made to underage boys he'd molested. Roy Moore has been accused by two different women of sexually assaulting them when they were kids, and by several other women of pursuing sexual relationships with them when they were kids. Congressman Mark Foley was caught soliciting sex from multiple teenage boys.
Then there's Donald Trump. Among the eyebrow-raising things about the most prominent Republican of them all:
(1) He's been accused in multiple sworn affidavits of raping a child at an Epstein party.
(2) He's on tape telling multiple little girls that he'd be dating them in a few years.
(3) He's been accused by multiple former teen pageant contestants of sneaking backstage to watch the underage girls change.
(4) He's on tape making bizarre sexualized comments about his own then-underaged daughter, repeatedly.
(5) He's on tape approvingly talking about how Epstein likes them young.
And that's just the pedo stuff, as opposed to his many other sex scandals involving adult women.
It's as if all the pedo talk about Democrats and liberals is designed to distract from how tied up the GOP is with actual pedophile scandals. They figure if they can get the Dems on the defensive about inclusive attitudes towards gay people, they can keep people from noticing the alarming pattern of major Republicans sexually preying on children.
