The reason Conservatives put "medical professional" and not "licensed medical professional", "certified medical professional", or even just "doctor", is because they are trying to protect perverts.

So anyone can just claim they are a "medical professional".

That's simply not true... there's no need to address girls on boys teams
... not at the moment... this bill protects girls and young ladies... as it should... and eventually someday the records will be corrected in the case of boys that one or broke records in girls Sports...
