Tearing apart Democrats

Tearing apart Democrats

No issue threatens to break President Biden's fragile Democratic coalition like Israel's response to the Hamas terrorist attack. Why it matters: Infighting is spreading, slowly but meaningfully, at every layer of the Democratic Party over Biden's full-throated support of Israel. It runs much deeper than college campus protests or caustic comments from elected officials. Step back and survey the split:

Many liberal Jews are furious that so many progressive Democrats aren't more outraged by the slaughter of family and friends back in Israel. Some are threatening to leave the party.

Jews leaving the Democrat Nazi Party seems like a no brainer.(sic)

An issue like support for a terrorist group, Hamas, is tearing the Democrats apart.

Read that again.

Why are Michigan Muslims in support of a terrorist group?

Why is the Administration worried about disenfranchising them?

Does the Administration feel the same about disenfranchising MAGA Republicans?

Why not?

Excellent, Earl. You did what you assholes do best. Piss and moan about what the Democrats or liberals are doing.

Hope you got a boner out of it...and that you did not waste it.

To some extent, President Biden has walked back his initial, full-throated support of Israel. He now takes a more nuanced approach, cautioning Israel to try to avoid civilian deaths (as if Israel needed such cautioning).

Presumably, certainly, this is because the important swing state of Michigan contains many Muslims; and it will be very difficult for him to win re-election without winning Michigan.

So, it appears that many Democrats in Congress and in universities (and on this forum) support Hamas, a terrorist group that slaughtered Israeli men, women and infants...beheading them and burning them alive.

If you can't condemn this barbarism, you are one of them.

Biden puts winning Michigan over the slaughter of Israelis.

To some extent, President Biden has walked back his initial, full-throat-ed support of Israel.

Biden, with his open borders policy, puts illegals ahead of the security of the American people.
