A teacher at Woodmont Middle School has been arrested - accused of molesting a 14-year-old student. George W. Foreman, Jr., 28, of Tampa, faces a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation.

The Sheriff's Office says Foreman and his victim - a student at the school - exchanged emails before meeting in the parking lot of her apartment complex. Investigators say the two hugged and kissed. During the hugging, the victim says Foreman's hands moved from her hips down to her buttocks.

Detectives turned the investigation over to the State Attorney's Office and an arrest warrant was issued.

A former teacher has been arrested on charges of sexual assault, according to a press release from the Sheriff's Office.

Nancy Leigh Ann Brann, 43, was taken into custody Thursday. She was charged with gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.

According to authorities, the alleged offenses took place last fall while Brann was a teacher in Waldoboro. The alleged victim was a student under the age of 14.

Brann was later dismissed from the school for unrelated issues, according to the press release.

Brann is currently being held at Two Bridges Regional Jail on $10,000 bond. Other conditions of her bail state that she is not to have contact with the victim, and not to have contact with children.

A school teacher has been arrested and charged with sexual battery, after he was arrested with a 14 year old girl.

According to the Shawnee Township Police Department, they got a tip that 27 year old Kyle Baker was involved in an alleged relationship with a 14 year old Shawnee High School student. A detective went to Baker's residence and saw him leave and followed him. Baker picked up the student and was later pulled over in the 2200 Block of State Route 501. He and the students were take to the police department where he was interviewed and arrested.

Baker has been charged with sexual battery, along with Speed and Driving Under Suspension charges. Baker is a Health and Phys. Ed. teacher at the high school. Shawnee Superintendent Jim Kanable sent out a media release saying that Baker has been put on paid administrative leave and the school district is in full cooperation with the local authorities in this matter and will continue to work with them.

A Brevard County teacher accused of assaulting a student has bonded out of jail, according to Brevard County Jail records.

Dawn Krell, 48, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Cocoa. Police said Krell is a teacher at Kennedy Middle School.

The mother of the victim spoke with News 6 about what happened to her 13-year-old son.

The mother claims her son came home from school Friday and said his teacher physically assaulted him for asking to use the restroom.

"She followed him and when they got in the hall is when she violently pushed him against the wall and pinned him there," the mother said. "Pushed him up against the wall and she held him there by his chest. Her hands were on his upper chest and she held him there against his will."

The student's mother told News 6 that her son tried to break free, but couldn't escape the teacher's hold.

The mother said she contacted the school right away, and she also contacted police. She said that police interviewed her son and other students at the school on Monday, before arresting Krell on Thursday.

"Her actions obviously justify where she's at right now and that's something she is going to have to deal with," the student's mother said.

The seventh-grader's mother said about a month ago, her son reported a less severe incident, claiming Krell grabbed his arm. The parent said that she was in contact with the school because of that incident as well.

Court documents from the States Attorney's Office show teacher Jayme Farrell is facing eight counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse

The Geneseo Police Department declined an interview.

TV-6 spoke with Superintendent Scott Kuffel, who provided further information on the allegations against Farrell.

According to Superintendent Kuffel, the Geneseo School District received the allegations late evening on Thursday. The district addressed the allegations with Farrell, in partnership with Geneseo Police, on Friday morning before school began; he did not teach or enter the classroom. Instead, he left the building with an administrator.

Farrell submitted his resignation, which was accepted by the school district.

A high school teacher busted for sleeping with a student after appearing in a raunchy Snapchat video wearing only “a shirt and panties” reportedly said the teen “had ruined her life,” according to a new report.

Beaumont (Calif.) High School English teacher Samantha Ciotta was officially charged Monday with oral copulation with a minor and unlawful sexual intercourse.

Police started investigating the 32-year-old after hearing reports of her having an affair with a student and seeing an outrageous Snapchat video of her partying in her panties with two shirtless teen boys, court documents stated.

A student who posted the footage reportedly told a pal he was “Getting; in deep… been f— (Ciotta).” The other teen who appeared in a video told an unnamed adult that Ciotta — a married mother of two — had sex with a student.

When police first questioned the former Beaumont student about his relationship with Ciotta, he angrily stated, “I’m done and I’ve moved on. I’m not f— talking!” documents show.

The alleged victim told cops he “tried to cover for Ciotta so she would not get in trouble.”
