Nope. The reason we cannot tax the poor is because they have no money. The rate of pay has been the same for workers for 30 years while America has made a ton of money, almost every dime funneled to the top. Biden talks about taxing corporations and the wealthy. It is a good start.

willful ignorance of the methods.....I repeat, the wealthy are not prone to transferring 600 to 1000 dollars at a time. certainly not enough to need tens of thousands of new auditors. there can be only one explanation and that is coming after the lower and middle classes.
