It does, or should, make one wonder. we'll have to see if 3rd times a charm in 2016.
Its been many years since we have had a hurricane in Tampa, 1980's I belive. Hurricane Elana, and it never really came ashore, it just sat for three days. Lets hope thats what this one does, lots of rain, chance of it coming ashore, but then it simply blows after ruining the convention.
The last two Republican Conventions being affected by hurricanes... If I believed that God did that kind of thing, Id sure be afriaid to vote Republican.

If a storm surges hits directly into Tampa Bay it could get ugly quick. Hope it misses them.
