Talk About (White, Male) Privilege

Obama was a disaster in everything he touched,
his being black was the very reason he was allowed to be President, you have it backwards on this one
 
Notice the author said nothing about Bill Clinton. Could Obama had been accused of sleeping around on the campaign trail and accussed of rape while having his wife defending his actions? Would that not be white male privikege? But it’s not really about that it’s about partisan politics. Same way we call others racist and sexist when it is convenient from a partisan political perspective

Almost without exception, if you name a measurable indicator of either national wealth or overall American well-being, it improved when Obama was president. He took the reins at a time when America was in the worst situation it had been in since the Great Depression, if not before. The GDP was in free-fall, unemployment was soaring, the bottom had fallen out of the stock market, incomes were plummeting, poverty was soaring, deficits were at an all-time high, and we were wallowing in the sticky bloodbaths of Iraq and Afghanistan, with no idea how to get out. Then Obama took office and, among other things, unemployment fell, real GDP per capita rose, deficits fell by half, crime rates fell, the number of Americans being killed in Iraq and Afghanistan dwindled to almost nothing, all the major stock indices had one of the best bull runs in history, incomes rose, poverty fell, we set a record for consecutive months of job creation, etc. The "disaster" narrative was a myth invented by Fox News for the morons.

Among all the many stupid things right-wingers believe, the idea that being black somehow made it easier for Obama to become president is, possibly, the stupidest. One need merely look to history. Only once in our nation's 230 years has a black person become president. Before and after Obama, no black person even came close -- the closest being Jesse Jackson, who was a distant also-ran in a couple Democratic primaries. Nor were blacks only shut out of the presidency. Almost no blacks had been elected to the senate. Before Obama became president, we'd had only three black senators elected in the post-reconstruction era (one of whom was Obama himself). Similarly, there'd only been two blacks in that whole era elected to governorships. We are talking about many hundreds of white senators and governors in that time, and almost no black ones -- that's how big a handicap being black is for a person's political ambitions. Yet, when finally a black person overcame all that handicapping and won the presidency, the racists convinced themselves that his being black was the reason he was "allowed" to be President.
 
Obama lied us into obamacare and the press refused to criticize him for that.!!!!

Obama also committed literally MILLIONS OF FELONIES by his DACA program that gave illegal aliens a card saying they can live and work here when the LAW says they can't!! That is obstruction of justice and also a section 1324 title 8 violation. Millions of counts. But the press let that slide too.
