some people are truly offended by nudity. and is there a dictionary out there that defines 'shall not be infringed' as 'unless people are too afraid of them'?
Shot down by a machine gun or offended, which is worse.

irrelevant. isn't the 'liberal' position about more freedom?
you may have a right to not be murdered, but who protects that right? it still happens, doesn't it? only YOU can preserve your right and you do that by being able to defend yourself.Yes, which includes freedom not to be shot down by a machine gun...
apparently, some people believe that they have the right to not have to look away or be offended. Its all a ballancing act, looking the other way in the case of nudity is not so difficult.

I know but you have to ballance that right with the right to be nude.
Did they make any effort to desexualize it? Ensure no underage children were there to see, for instance. Anybody who survived their pre-teens and teens knows that any naked woman will be sexualized by a teen boy's hormone-driven urges.
No. Its about more government, meaning less freedom.irrelevant. isn't the 'liberal' position about more freedom?
Not every naked woman!!!
Any attractive woman will be sexualized by a teen boy, naked or not, maybe we should put them all in burquas!
