Yes, which includes freedom not to be shot down by a machine gun...

Its all a ballancing act, looking the other way in the case of nudity is not so difficult.

Not getting hit by a stray bulleit.... not so easy.

Being offended by the human body.... not a life changing event.

Being killed by a machine gun.... a life ending event.

you may have a right to not be murdered, but who protects that right? it still happens, doesn't it? only YOU can preserve your right and you do that by being able to defend yourself.

apparently, some people believe that they have the right to not have to look away or be offended.

and so far, more people are offended by nudity than are not. there is your balance. aren't you one of those that are strong supporters of 'rights are not absolute'? now you're seeing it in action.
 
Did they make any effort to desexualize it? Ensure no underage children were there to see, for instance. Anybody who survived their pre-teens and teens knows that any naked woman will be sexualized by a teen boy's hormone-driven urges.

Any attractive woman will be sexualized by a teen boy, naked or not, maybe we should put them all in burquas!

the ordnance must be constitutional. I imagine it protects the public good in keeping naked women from being raped in public.
