Especially when they come to the realization that answering honestly completely destroys what they were attempting to stand on.

Sorry, USF. Here is what you asked: "but are you allowed to protest at your work, on a continual basis or do you need to do it on your own time and your own dime?"

The direct answer to that question is that it's up to employers. This really isn't complex.
