It is my experience, and that of the government, that it is hard to prosecute when the Autopen has already given a pass to those you should have prosecuted. Though I do think that investigations can be revelatory even so and that Congress should get on it and never let up.
Biden did not pardon himself.
However, he also had dementia and had no ability to consent. The autopen pardoned those who are culpable.
He did not have dementia. He could be prosecuted if he accepted bribes as the Right Wing made up.
The claims of dementia are as fabricated as the claims of bribery. The Right has zero creditability when it comes to lies about Biden.
He did have dementia, still does, that's the problem. I also have never accused the Autopen of accepting bribes, that's a you thing.
According to you he had dementia, you have no serious evidence of that, just like there is no evidence he accepted bribes.
The lies take away any creditability the right ever had.
Well, as I said, there are current investigations into the health of the President, who lied, who didn't, etc.
I think the gaslighting of the left trying to cover what is before our eyes is what caused the Trump victory in the last election. There's only so many times where "believe what we say, and not what your lying eyes tell you" will work.
Why not file charges for all the huge crimes they alledged against him and Hillary?
Because they would have to prove them, and they want no part of that, because they were lies.
You keep saying stuff pretending you do not understand the underlying politics of the moment. None of that matters, I believe that Biden will not be prosecuted because they believe he has and had dementia and was not capable of consent. That's what the "he's a nice old man with a bad memory" means in context.
The allegations were based on a decades old scheme. If TACO thought he could win and not be embarrassed, he would do it in a second.

Doesn't change the reality, old man with dementia cannot be tried, he cannot help in his own defense or be held responsible. It's a wonder that gangs don't find dementia addled folks and use their cogent period to have them commit crimes.

Working towards a more permanent solution is always the better option. Y'all dropped that old man as soon as the dementia became impossible to cover, and are now trying to gaslight out of it again. It's all fine with me. Old man with dementia cannot be tried any more than the truly mentally ill can and for the same reason, they are not competent to stand trial, and as I said before they cannot aid in their own defense.

It is my hope that they prosecute one or two of the folks for the crimes they committed covering up his dementia. I'd love to see it cause change, so folks in that office can never again be propped up Weekend at Bernie's style.

Biden cannot himself be culpable of hiding his dementia... because folks who have dementia do not know or believe they have dementia, it's one of the symptoms.
