I'm guessing you end up with a fentanyl overdose from your food.

Have you noticed your meals tasting slightly different lately? It could be that your caretakers are experimenting with dosages. Nobody wants your death to look like anything but "natural causes". A heart attack or stroke would be "natural".

If I were you, I'd start avoiding eating any prepared meals, only eat packaged snacks and sleep with one eye open. Stop taking your meds too. They're probably poisoned.
