Hillary let zero information out. Biden and Pence also committed clerical errors. Trump fought like hell to keep classified information in his power. He copied some of it. Both Trump and this kid should face the courts.
Hillary used an unsecure server to pass classified information. It's currently unknown, at least to the public, if any unauthorized people or groups were collecting the information. The best intelligence operations are those no one know about....ever.
It's not black and white; there are degrees of violations including levels of classification, quantity and intent. There's a big difference between passing classified information to authorized people, unsecure server or not, and intentionally releasing it to the public such as Manning did....who was sentenced to 35 years and served only 7 courtesy of Obama.
If this idiot is sentenced to 20 years and the next president is a Republican who commutes it to time served, would the same people who applauded or condemned Manning's commutation stay the same or flip-flop positions?
