The Justice Department can make decisions on where they will focus their prosecutions. SCOTUS has long not been a court of law, it is an unelected political body, one that consistently refuses to defend the Constitution....its main job.
When have I ever said I was "thrilled"? I don't care who said what, but deciding that allowing people who are NOT American citizens to break our laws and stay here is ludicrous.
Why can't they go back where they came from and get in line and apply for American citizenship. Lots of respectful immigrants do.
Roberts is no hero. He voted as he had to due to Trump's justice dept. incompetency. But he gave them a blueprint for how to refile to get another decision. They do not have time to get it done this term, but if Daffy, the hater,gets a new term. He can get DACA killed. In how many ways is this group unable to do their jobs? Maybe Roberts can write it for them next time.
