the fact 150 million people voted, the fact that all the states defended their elections, even the republican ones that trump tried to sway the most, the fact that the courts laughed off all these bogus bullshit attempts to destroy our free election system because trump is a sore loser chickenshit and so are his voters who believe this bullshit, even the supreme court trump picked 3 out of 9 justices to serve!!, shows our american system of democracy is working, the safeguards are still there, if not in the gutless republican senate, then everywhere else.

This one never hand a chance, but it was cute to watch them get all excited yet again. Losers lose. Trump is a loser. His supporters are losers. I wonder when their next loss will be. This is fun.

Trump never had a legal leg to stand on, because there was no "massive voter fraud" in this election. He lost, and he lost in a massive landslide.

He is one who demands utter loyalty. He appoints/hires on the basis of that, not on competence, experience, expertise. No doubt you're absolutely right -- he expected that the three clowns he appointed would goosestep right over the Constitution to save his snowflakey bacon.

Exactly, the legislatures were asking for the Court to declare unconstitutional a change to the election law that they themselves made less than a year ago, and, had raised zero concern for the change until after the election

Just about kills any further involvement by the SCOTUS, especially considering today is "safe harbor" day, which the Court themselves recognized back in 2000

Question now is what do all those GOP deniers do, the Mitch's and Lindsey's who said they couldn't decide till Trump exhausted available recourses? Will they publicly now admit the reality they have known since election day?
