I know what you're saying...but:
Obesity and the ADA:
"The EEOC has clarified that obesity, particularly severe obesity (BMI of 40 or higher), can be considered a disability even without an underlying condition, if it substantially limits a major life activity." Just a simple google search... The number of things that classify as a disability today and qualify people for benefits has changed drastically over the years...
The ADA is probably one of the worst pieces of legislation ever passed by Congress.
