Supreme Court preserves key part of Obamacare coverage requirements

We fight, We win, Am Yisrael Chai
The Supreme Court preserved a key part of the Affordable Care Act’s preventive health care coverage requirements on Friday, rejecting a challenge from Christian employers to the provision that affects some 150 million Americans.
The 6-3 ruling comes in a lawsuit over how the government decides which health care medications and services must be fully covered by private insurance under former President Barack Obama’s signature law, often referred to as Obamacare.

Who cares...just the slugs who want government to pay for their health care coverage.
Bow to your statues Earl they will heal you :rolleyes2:

Millions who have jobs that do not include insurance. There are many with crappy coverage. There are people working 2 jobs without coverage.
We should have universal care. It is far cheaper and covers everyone. but healthcra spends mega billions a year on lobbying, and our crappy healthcare is a result.

This whole problem could have been avoided if FDR didn't slap wage and price controls on business during WW 2. Healthcare costs would be far more reasonable if market based, like cosmetic and elective surgery currently is.

Being obese is not a disability, it's a lifestyle.
I know what you're saying...but:
Obesity and the ADA:
"The EEOC has clarified that obesity, particularly severe obesity (BMI of 40 or higher), can be considered a disability even without an underlying condition, if it substantially limits a major life activity." Just a simple google search... The number of things that classify as a disability today and qualify people for benefits has changed drastically over the years...
