Supreme Court leak shows how far liberals will go to achieve their political ends

Because I believe it is. I guess we'll find out with the investigation going on, ay?

What investigation? The calls for an investigation are probably not going to go anywhere because there was no crime involved. Without a crime the investigation becomes difficult to pursue. I suppose the judges can all voluntarily turn their phones over to an investigator to look through them but I doubt that will happen.

Kind of the opposite. The current SCOTUS represents years of work from Republicans and the right-wing, playing politics with appointments and going against the spirit of the Constitution with their naked power grab.

And it worked. We now have a radical right-wing court for at least a generation.

Yeah, this person will have destroyed a legal career in any other capacity than as a DNC attorney... unless Brandon recognizes them with an appointment as a judge while they still have the slimmest of majorities in the Senate.

The leaker should be prosecuted ,and the justice he/she works for should be revealed ,as well.

Could have been a Republican leaked it!

First off, there is no evidence on who leaked it, in fact, it serves the right better to get it out there rather than wait till June/July when there will also be a controversial gun decision

Secondly, this the right’s deflection, the controversy isn’t the decision but rather that the decision was leaked

That IS the issue.

Ending R v W does not end your ability to murder children in the womb. It just says it is NOT a Constitutional right...and it isn't.

Please point out the Constitutional "right" to abortion....f they end R v W, it will be a long overdue correction of an Un-Constitutional ruling in the 70's..

For over 70% of Americans, Roe has been the law of the land for their entire lives.

SCOTUS and the GOP are out of touch w/ mainstream America. It's an extremist, radical court now - and a fringe party.

The first step of leaking a document is having a document. The draft would have only been held by those drafting it, who are pointedly not Democrats.
minority opinio0ns are also written. they would require access to the majority opinion. Swing and a miss...

The justice (who is ultimately responsible for their employee who leaked this information) should be promptly removed and disbarred for life.
When the privacy of the highest court in the land is jeopardized, it sets a precedence of leaking information for the lower courts. This is not good.

You have some evidence? Just making shit up?

Maybe it was a Republican trying to blunt the affect by Election Day!

Somebody ought to teach you the difference between a verb and a noun!

Affect is usually a verb meaning "to produce an effect upon," as in "the weather affected his mood." Effect is usually a noun meaning "a change that results when something is done or happens," as in "computers have had a huge effect on our lives." There are exceptions, but if you think of affect as a verb and effect as a noun, you’ll be right a majority of the time.
