It's an AP image. Are you saying that someone took the picture before the alleged day it happened and held on to it?
I'm saying that the link you provided shows an image with no description, source or literally anything else.
just
an
image
I did, saw a plus sign that I could click to expand theI already provided a link to an AP article. Hover over the image to see the description.

Do you think Fox News lied too?

all media lie but at least this link has words, video and a dateline in addition to images.
Nope.
That's total bullshit. Diesel is $5/gal here.
That means a trucker with a 200 gallon tank has to pay $1 thousand dollars to fill it up.

Why is it so expensive in Texas but not here in Pennsylvania?

Between $4.67 and $5.57 is right at $5 dude, I guarantee it's over $5/gal right now.
I'm guessing you don't know how state and fed taxes affect fuel prices, so here ya go:

If anything, diesel is more in PA than TX.

My post above was taken from a Sunoco near Phila. Granted, it's the highest price I found for recent fuel prices here in PA, but still proof the above poster has no clue what diesel prices are here in PA.
Weird. I live down the street from a gas station and diesel has never gone above $4. I guess a Texan is more up-to-date about PA than an actual resident like myself.

You lie. You have no clue what diesel prices are here in PA.
