With the world going to hell in a hand basket for three years, Abbott decided to throw bombs and see how much more he could mess up. He accomplished nothing but theater. Notice Democrats have tried to fix things for the last few years, but Republicans have just tried to make things worse.

Certainly more than Biden. Abbot was at least a governor, while Biden was a private citizen when things went wrong.
There were some bad decisions, but also things just went wrong. Much of it was completely beyond the control of trump... But it was trump as president.
