No one I know of is banned from this thread.
I just opened another thread in this forum, found two pages of posts by one poster, who it seems has "banned" me.

I'm flattered.

I've put a few of the worst, most flagrant trolls on ignore.

But the notion of banning in this context, I find unthinkable.

When I ban a poster, something I've done only very rarely, it's because they're persistent rules violators. But banning a posting member from a thread, by a fellow posting member is an extraordinarily bad idea. I'm alarmed that this site would allow it.
